The kind of problem I take on, and how I go about it.
What I work on
- Multi-agent systems
- Orchestration, RAG pipelines, MCP tool surfaces, evaluation harnesses and guardrails. Mostly Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework and LangGraph.
- Azure platform architecture
- Keyless service-to-service auth, AKS, identity and governance — the parts teams usually defer and then have to retrofit.
- System design
- Thinking a design through before it gets expensive to change. Written findings, not a slide deck.
- Proof of concept through to production
- The stage where a design has to survive contact with real data and real latency.
How I approach it
Written design before code. I stay hands-on — I build what I design rather than handing it off. Most of the projects on my GitHub started as a problem I hit on real work and then rebuilt in the open.
